Won’t someone ask if I’m doing okay?
Too much has occurred,
another shitty day.
Yes, ‘twas a blessing
to have seen the sun shine bright,
to have seen the sun shine bright,
but the shadows of my blinds only gave me half the light.
To the wall
I stare for answers,
for my sins and misdeeds,
piling up,
my rights
and wrongs
my rights
and wrongs
the things I’ve said,
responsibilities prolonged.
Lethargy and Melancholy,
no other feeling than with familiar friends,
I breath a relief;
I sigh,
Won’t someone ask what’s on the corners of my mind?
